Burial

	Direct Burial Service: ............ $950.00 This procedure includes the following: Removal of the deceased from the place of death and transportation to our facility within 40 miles. Storage Obtain a signed death certificate from attending physician or county coroner. (Coroners fee not included) Preparation of dispostion permit and other neccessary documents Filing a death certificate and dispostion permit at county health department. A minimum fireboard cloth blue or gray casket. Casketing of remains Transfer of casketed remains to designated cemetary within 40 miles from our facility. (Minivan used) It is the responsibility of the family to finalize the selected cemetary prior to transfer of casketed remains.
