NTC was founded by President and CEO T. Hamilton Shaw. Having served as Sr. Project Manager, V.P.of Network Services, Director, and Managing Director of IT Operations in the financial and dot com industries over the two decades, Mr. Shaw has amassed an impressive track record of building and managing strategic and tactical support organizations for such companies as Montgomery Securities, Banc of America Securities, Scient, J.P Morgan Chase, and the Pacific Stock Exchange.
